  • Ola users come to the app with one motive - booking a ride.

  • It gets tricky when we'd like to promote the purchase of add-ons during the booking flow. UX copy needs to weave in the upselling within the core booking flow of the app.

  • What begins as an upsell strip on the confirmation screen takes users to the rest of the purchase/subscription flow.

Donations

  • Ola kicked off its donations feature by promoting cancer aid.

  • This feature helps Ola users contribute to a cause while taking rides on the app.

  • Once again, users need to be educated about this feature from the core booking flow.

  • Once they're on the landing page, the content helps them understand what the cause is, how to contribute and how their contribution helps. 

Branding - Taglines

When launching a product, a catchy tagline can go a long way in promoting it. A good tagline needs to have a good recall value. It must also have a strong association to the product and create a sense of curiosity. Here are two taglines I created that were heavily used everywhere in PR and promotional activities.
